Updates.

During this period of absence, i’ve mugged, wrecked my brain, drained my cells, clogged my memory box, punched my chest
and so on, in attempt to study for my exam on US politics, economy and history. Now, i can slap any of my ang moh friends, and proudly
say “i know your darn history”. In conclusion, i love Singapore a lot more now, for not having any political turmoil. I don’t really think i can bag an A for the paper, since i really didn’t finish the paper.

Apart from that, i got back to playing Magic the Gathering.

Why, i do not know, but i just feel relieved getting back to it. However, this time though, I’ll be playing at a
competitive level. Yes, that would mean, i am aiming top 8 as much as i can on an average. So now, my Saturdays
are booked for a greater good.Watch me cast :p

I’ve joined this group in my school to design their newsletter. Pssssttt “I am the Art director”, so, i hope to bring the same wackiness from
this blog to the newsletter. Wouldn’t it be nice? Haha.

Also, i got couple of things in mind, which requires talking, ranting and random questions. But i’ve no clue whom I’ll be talking
to about it. Cause on the frank note, i’ve became a quiet person, though i do spark those moment of the typical Kathiravanology.
I don’t feel like myself. In short, i don’t feel good. I tried fishing that day, my usual medicine, guess it didn’t work too. I instead got myself a nice sun burn,
and i look like the son of Hellboy.

With the Indian accent.

Clearly seen in English.

But our folks didnt understand English then.

During the last day of my module, we were suppose to do a
presentation on a work of art of ours.
There was a part of me, which wanted to explain this work of mine,
But decided to work with the usual group, on a sound production which
turned out equally well.

The inspiration

A bitter inspiration i must say.

The description

L

The couple on the bench reflects, the understanding of one another, the listening ear.I wanted to eradicate
materialism thus the setting used here is rather, simple, a bench by the beach.

The helping hand, shows the helping of one another from difficult times,
or rather past relationships,if there were one.

Here, both pictures, reflects the initial dating scene, the start of a new life.

O

The 2nd stage, where love becomes blind. The reason why i didn’t give too much
focus to the eye in the middle of the O.

The flowers shows the next stage of a new relationship,
with the parallel effect of the O and the flowers, reflecting equilibrium.

V

Kisses are understandable at this point of time, showing trust and comfort levels.
The butterflies *Butterfly in stomach* flying away shows, the anxiety of the relationship
are no more, with trust only to stay.
The kissing under the moonlight, once again was done to bring up the idea of a
simple yet beautiful relationship.

E

The ring and the 2 doves flying together shows the best reward to a
successful relationship. Symbolizing marriage.

The holding of hands and the vines right after is done to reflect
the holding on forever till the end of time/death.

Color

Apart from the fact that, black and white are my favourite colour, the reason was because,
they are of exact opposites, which reflect the men and women, the rights and wrong and so on.

Background

Realize the black background making an ascending progress from the lower left corner to the
top, right above the doves and rings? It reflects the growth of love, as it reaches the top,
it still continues or least maintains over time.

Others

From left to right, L to E, is a time line, as mentioned.

For you was written because, that is what it sums up to.

Focal point

I believe the focal point for my work, is based on the heart’s desires of one. It varies.
Yet it was made to be the L, where everything starts.

Science Centre.

Apart, from testing my endurance on this electric chair.
The main focus was The Da Vinci Exhibit.
But more importantly, a sweet looking girl caught my eye towards the end.
Damn! Haha.

Distracted.
So explains my absence from blogging, and i ought to be forgiven lol.

Over the week, the following happened:-

1) Watched X-men origins : Wolverine
2) Board games session with cousins at home.
3) Won my 1st scrabble game, with 140+ points. My first game.
4) Won only 1 game out of 3 in Monopoly.
5) Watched football.
6) Used Monopoly money to play Poker. Lol.

and the main highlight.

Finale: I traded my Sony Psp for a Nintendo DSL.

Nod. I was starting to get bored with the games i had on my psp. The purpose for my psp seemed to be declining, sooooo, i traded it off. So over the last 7 days, i’ve been enjoying games like, Mario, Final Fantasy, Rhythm heaven and Pokemon. I am aware, the possible discrimination incoming for playing such games, let alone writing it here. But hey, close one eye on the titles pwease, these babies here have long and fun game play. So, to cut the long wall of words short, for the past 7 days, i’ve been busy catching critters who can only say their name, while helping the Indian with that huge mustache save his blond princess and not forgetting tapping the stylus in rhythm heaven. I’m still spoiled for choices so these are just the basics for now. Oh! After 47hrs of game play, i manage to complete the basic storyline for Pokemon platinum, which is sorta long for a RPG, not to mention, there’s still more game play left. Good stuff, esp now there’s wireless.

Gaming might be childish, but it keeps me away from emoing problems “adults” face. Lol @ random philosophies.

Between Arsenal and Manchester United later, may the best team win. *Bow*
